These are the same damages you can recover in any automobile or truck case. You’re talking about damages for your out-of-pocket medical expenses, damages for your lost wages or income, damages for your future anticipated medical expenses, and damages for what’s called pain and suffering, or harms and losses, which should be the largest single aspect of the damage presentation.Â
